Please note that our reception desk is closed from 1pm - 2pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of the day after a Bank Holiday).

The Practice telephone lines operate as normal through lunch time.

Lagan Doc, the local out of hours provider looks after the urgent needs of patients from 6pm to 8.30am weekdays, 24 hours at weekends and Bank Holidays.

To access this service please telephone 028 9260 2204.

The Lagan Doc on call service will pass your message to the duty doctor. The doctor will either give advice by telephone, arrange to see you in the out of hours centre at Lagan Valley Hospital or, if appropriate, visit you at home.

Please use this service only if your problem cannot wait until the next normal surgery.

Belfast Hospitals also operate a 'Phone First' Service from 9 January 2024 as follows:-

• Royal Victoria Hospital and the Mater - Telephone 028 8615 9444
• Ulster Hospital, Dundonald - Telephone 028 9151 0110

These operate 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  Patients who require care outside these hours should attend the Emergency Department or call the GP Out-of-Hours service.  (Please check SEHSCT Website or facebook page to confirm opening hours during Bank Holidays). 

Patients can also still self-present without phoning first.
