We are intending to install a new software package that allows us to send text messages to patients’ mobile phones. Text messages are faster and more ecologically friendly than writing to you and are often more convenient than a telephone call or message.
We will send a reminder for all routine appointments such as Asthma, Flu and Diabetic etc to patients over 16 years of age. If you wish to register for this service, please complete the consent form below and return it to reception.
